Cross-Country Ski Trails in Malå Municipality
Adak Ski Trail
The trail is 3.3 km long and runs on natural snow. Lighting can be switched on using a timer before you start skiing. The trail begins below the ice hockey rink by the old school in Adak.

Aspliden Ski Trail
The trail is 2.5 km long on natural snow. Lighting is activated via a timer before skiing.
Maintained voluntarily by the Aspliden Village Association.
Lilla Skeppträsket Ski Trail
A recreational ski trail for both classic and skate skiing around Lake Lilla Skeppträsket. Distances of 3 km or 10 km. Not lit.

Malå Ski Trails (Tjamstanvallen)
The Tjamstanvallen ski trails are suitable for both beginners and elite skiers, offering tracks for classic and skate skiing. Lighting is available along the 1.5 km and 3.3 km trails. The 5 km and 10 km trails are unlit.

The starting point is located by the ice rink/Tjamstanvallen, where you will also find an information board and free parking.
Until snow depth allows grooming with a snow groomer by Tjamstanbackarna/MENI on behalf of Malå municipality, the trails may be groomed voluntarily using snowmobiles and track-setting equipment.

Rentjärn Ski Trail
The trail is 2.5 km long and partially lit until 9:00 PM.

Springliden Ski Trail
The trail is 2 km long. During the period from September 14 to April 14, the lighting is on daily from dusk until 9:00 PM.

The entire groomed area constitutes ski trails and is intended exclusively for skiing. Please also keep in mind that all ski trails in the municipality are fully or partially maintained by volunteers – truly fantastic!
